About Gerard
Transformational Coach, Teacher, Author, and Speaker
Gerard is a coach first. He has spent his career in environments where identity, discipline, and communication decide outcomes—and brings that perspective to every person and every stage.

“People don't hire me to hype a room. They hire me to transform it.”
Gerard Grogans is a transformational coach, teacher, author, and speaker with more than 25 years of leadership, sales, coaching, and personal development experience. His work sits at the intersection of psychology and performance: how people see themselves, the stories they tell about their lives, and the way those stories show up in how they speak, lead, and perform.
He served in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne and in Special Operations, where preparation and presence were not abstractions. He later worked inside a maximum-security prison—an environment that showed him, at close range, how the meaning a person assigns to their past shapes the trajectory of their future.
Gerard holds a BS in Psychology from Walden University and has spent decades studying NLP, hypnosis, CBT, EMDR, self-image psychology, accelerated learning, performance, and communication. He applies that study practically: helping people remove mental blocks and barriers, transform painful life experiences into teachable moments, discover who they are at the core, develop their voice and message, and communicate with confidence, authority, and impact.
Today his work focuses on identity, mindset, story, voice, communication, and transformation. He is the creator of The Transformational Story Method™—the framework behind his coaching, training, speaking, and books.
